The apartment located on the 3rd floor of a 1910s building had been renovated in 1990s with untraditional materials. The new landlord wanted to give back its early 20th century charm : terra cotta chosen for the kitchen floor, the original wood parquet restored, doors changed. While the entire storage organisation has been redesigned for optimisation, the apartment have been completely furnished and equipped.
